My kids LOVE IT! Healthy food, great taste

I've worried about what to feed my kids for years - but so many messages on everyday media just flooded them with chips, cookies, sugared cereals... I couldn't stand it, and my children weren't getting the food they needed to be healthy and happy.

Then I heard Corie on the radio and bought her book - what a difference. It's really a cookbook that presents recipes that my kids like to make and eat (and they do!) - but more importantly, I've begun to use it to make our main meals myself.

My gang seems to have more energy, they are able to concentrate better, and all around seem healthier than ever before.
